Privacy policy

This policy explains how the practice handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, contact details and the reason for your enquiry. As a patient we also keep your medical history, treatment records and medical aid details, which we need to treat you safely and to claim from your medical aid.

How we use it

We use your information to make appointments, provide treatment, submit medical aid claims, send account statements and contact you about your care. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it for your care or account: your medical aid, laboratories and specialists involved in your treatment, Joburg Sedation if you choose treatment under sedation, and where the law requires it.

How we protect it

Records are kept confidential and stored securely, and are retained for the periods required by the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

This site does not have contact forms. It may use essential cookies to work properly, and the embedded Google Map is provided by Google under its own privacy policy.
